A little better than a four-star hotel. With a five-star designation, might expect more, but in terms of price/performance I think it is okay.

The property location was good, 10 mins to city centre. Overall the landscaping around the hotel is fantastic. Lovely to go for walks, or relax by the poolside with a drink. We were upgraded for free drinks. Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are offered throughout the day, and poured out by the staff with gusto. The staff were especially nice… eager to assist, and everyone from the receptionist to the staff around the hotel area like pool, children’s area, restaurant were extremely helpful and welcoming.

The pools were great even during winter season, and elevator to access the beach more easily was very convenient to see the sunset. The food was best during meal-times, the snacks in-between were OK, but we are not fans of fried food. During the summer it might be better, as they have an outdoor grill, which was, unfortunately, not working off-season. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This property has exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. Staff were welcoming and available anytime to help. Shuttle bus is available twice a day. Views from the hotel were stunning and night entertainment was great. Food was amazing with lots of variety and cater all dietary preferences.

We really liked the location of the property, the friendly and helpful staff, the accommodating reception and managers especially Rosa and Henrique. Everyone made sure we were treated with care and attention during our stay. The restaurant staff and waiters were friendly. There were great hot drinks machines and the hotel was kept clean. My family and I are vegetarian and don’t eat egg, the restaurant catered to our requirements and with notice we had vegan cake, breakfast and meals when asked. The buffet was 10/10 for food choice with plenty of foods for every diet - even if we didn’t request specific food, there was plenty for us to choose from. Thank you
